The Project
We received an empty shell and a deadline. Walls were re-planned to open the living space to the terrace, all engineering was routed and tested before closing, and the finishes were installed to the drawings without a single subcontractor gap.
The owners were handed a cleaned, furnished apartment — nothing left to organise, nothing left to chase.
